Specific bench with 3 test stations

Main features

• Thermal cycle tests on multi-layer piping assemblies PE-X pipe and fittings.

BPV-T series test benches are suitable to execute thermal cycle tests in accordance with the EN12293 and equivalent Standards on multi-layer piping assemblies, PE-X pipe and fittings.
The bench makes it possible to operate with 3 test stations simultaneously, using specific independent parameters for each station and a common thermal cycle.
Thermal cycle is executed with hot water at 95 °C and cold water at 20 °C, pressure range between 1 and 12 bar and the maximum overall flow-rate is 50 L/min.
The hydraulic plant is designed to guarantee the temperature exchange in less than 1 minute.

The test station is equipped with an external conditioning unit to avoid that thermal dispersion increases the temperature in the test area.

Flow-rate tests on drain devices.

The bench consists of two test stations placed side by side in order to perform flow rate tests on draining devices and shower drains according to EN274 Standard.

On request is possible to upgrade the bench with optional devices in order to perform low pressure tests and thermal shock tests.

Mechanical tests on flexible hoses according to EN and CSA Standards

Test bench with three stations for traction and flexion tests on flexible hoses according to EN 1113 and ASME A112.18.1-2012/CSA B125-1.12 Standards.
Each station permits to perform test adjusting all the significant parameters using the PLC panel. 
The flexing durability test, according to EN 1113 chap. 9.3, could be performed with the pressurisation of the hose with air.
