ENERVAC變壓器絕緣油純化機的高真空程序，用於電絕緣液體的脫水除氣(包括變壓器油、聚丁烯及矽油)，以增加及維持其絕緣強度。此過程包括去除游離與溶解水、溶解空氣與氣體及顆粒物質。

EHV系列典型可達到的性能如下：
- 脫水：在最低的油溫27℃時，水份可從50 ppm去除到小於5ppm。
- 除氣：可降低溶解的空氣含量從完全飽和的大約12%到小於0.25%。
- 濾除微粒物質：標準的後濾器(after-filter)可過濾到小至0.5微米。
- 濾除其它污染物質：在系統增加選購的漂白土過濾器，可以濾除例如油氧化與熱分解產物、溶解清漆、塗料及酸類等污染物質。
特殊選購：ENERVAC EHV系列是極為客製化的，提供多種選購，例如：

ENERVAC’s (transformer oil purifier) high vacuum process is used for the dehydration and degasification of electrical insulating liquids including transformer oils, polybutene and silicone fluids, to increase and maintain their dielectric strength. The processing includes the removal of free and soluble water, dissolved air and gases and particulate matter.
The most important applications of high vacuum (transformer oil purification) degasifiers (transformer oil purifiers) are in the field of extra high voltage transmission and in the manufacture of electrical apparatus. In addition, the high vacuum process is used in the degasification of cable oils including polybutene. Outside of the electrical industry, this process is used for electronic and radar equipment, vacuum pump sealing oils, brake fluids and refrigeration oils – including phosphate esters and silicones.
Mobile and stationary units are available in sizes 200 to 23,000 l/h.

The typical performance achieved with the EHV series is:
- Dehydration—at minimum oil temperatures of 27°C the water removal is from 50 ppm to less than 5 ppm.
- Degasification—reduce soluble air content from full saturation of approximately 12% to less than 0.25%.
- Particulate matter—standard after-filter provides filtration down to 0.5 micron
- Other contaminants such as products of oil oxidation, thermal degradation, dissolved varnishes, paints and acids can be removed by the addition of optional Fullers Earth filters to the system.
Special Options: ENERVAC units are extremely customisable, some of the options that are available include:
- Extra heater capacity for faster temperature rise
